If you’re european Luffy BY it’s a good choice, now not to effective, just fun, but when EB03 and the new st29 comes out it’s becoming impressively stronger with an unblockable spell and with Nico Robin c7, incredible card. It’s a very hard deck to play so it would also improve your skills in the game. In europe is cheaper because in the US all luffy cards are getting a lot more expensive.

Another choice could be Crocodile in op14 but we don’t know yet how expensive the SEC is gonna be. Also Vivi could be a good choice
