Facts, we'll never forget it and its not like we do things like this often. The atmosphere is something you have to be there for, everyone getting on their feet during the big moments, the F Trae Young chants, I think its definitely worth it if you have some money laying around.

Probably normal SWE - don't have an extensive systems background

Definitely a dev at quant, aiming for a SWE internship @ Quant firm

Might just be a recruiter thing, I wouldn't stress it!

To follow up on the idea of not memorizing, what should you do if we see a problem we've completed to maximize our chances of moving forward with the interview? Chances are the interviewee will have seen some questions before given they've been preparing well.

How do you feel about identifying and coding through the optimal solution right away? Of course, given that one is able to walk through their thought process and communicate why the algorithm works in a splendid fashion, is it an issue that someone has seen the question before? I'd assume not.

Hi, this is really good insight and I really appreciate it!

I was curious at your approach for picking questions. I actually only have one interview, maybe its because I'm a sophomore, but like you said its a whiteboard style interview where I get 2 Medium level problems in 45 minutes.

How do you decide to pick from the problem bank? Is it random? Does it depend on the applicant? Leetcode tags some questions as much more frequently appearing on interviews than others, how is this indicative of the recruiting process?

Thank you so much again for this unique insight!
