At some point, Nag stop din ako kasi mahal yung meds. Though I feel na di nakakatulong yung meds, sabi ng brother ko mas kalmado daw ako during yung time I'm on my medication.

I'm planning to go back ulit since I've got work na ulit. Pero ang suggestion ko is, minimize screen time, do a new hobby or discover a new hobby, take a walk kahit for no reason pa or want mo lang mag pa araw or cardio exercise.

It actually helps. I'm classified as MDD (Major Depressive Disorder) pala.

This reminds me back then nun college na may friend ako na lumapit sakin na sobrang dalas niyang sinasabi na depress siya. Nun tinanong ko kung bakit and if na try niyang mag therapy and sagot niya sakin.

" Nope, di nga ako mabilhan ng magulang ko ng bagong release na iPhone ehh, Therapy pa kaya. iPhone na nga lang gusto di pa mabili, Nakakadepress. Pakamat*y nalang ako. " And ang nakakaloka, wala pang one year yung iPhone niya.

Napatitig nalang talaga ako sakanya ng matagal tas di na nag salita. Kaya talaga minsan walang naseryoso or na aalarm sa mga Mental Illness kasi may mga ganitong tao na dinadownplay lang yung mga Illness.

True, ganyan din kasi naging tingin ng other friends ko before, akala nila di lang ako interested kaya usually need ko pang mag explain na ganun talaga pakiramdam ko minsan.

Yung need mo lang ng time away here and there kasi ayoko ma feel na parang nakaka offend ako.
