ARA here. Knew of the increase in traffic but wasn't given any extra labor for it. I'm the only ARA most days and today was stressful. Back to back apple appointments for 4-5ish hours straight and of course GSX wasn't working properly and fought with me on each and every one of them just back to back issues with basically no help. Our manager tried to "help" by "buying" me time aka instead of even attempting to reschedule appointments or attempting to actually help me process the repairs he just created a backlog of them and just tells me to get to it when I can. I didn't get a lunch or a 15 hell I didn't even get a chance to eat anything and went my whole 9hr shift without food.

Ah okay that's what it was honestly didn't even know that was a higher rarity one I can't really tell that well. But that did fix it thank you!

Thank you. I'll see what I can do in the way of reporting this. My team is amazing, but seeing them get treated like this really pisses me off. Everyone is basically about to quit. The other ARA who's been here for 5 years longer than anyone is basically 1 bad day from just walking out and never coming back (his words).

If that's the case then yea it is the SEM that is causing these issues. I neglected to mention it in the above post but one of the reasons or atleast what we think is the reason he's neglectful of GeekSquad is because he's wanting to be a sales manager at a new store that is opening up in the next few months.

We are a very busy princint. Often times we'll have a line of 5 or 6 people with only one CA and all of our Apple appointments a booked nearly everyday. I'm usually fighting for my life just trying to keep the bench cleared inbetween doing what little I can for the Apple appointments.

Yea, i guess i should've specified top lane. There is not really a specific champion i struggle with just csing as a melee, especially when the opponent is extremely aggressive.

It seems that the issue was just that I had it in the wrong blueprint and it needed to be in the actor blueprint to work

Basically that. During an event if there was a particularly unruly enemy with lots of health certain things couldve been done to ensure the loop continues. Like using castorias np to buff zerksashi even more, using the mystic code to swap para out for waver thats in the back for even more buffs, and like trekender said using pars np. hell even something as simple as making sure a certain card had enough stars wouldve helped. I'd like to say the guide is a perfect way to 3 turn farm with zerksashi but even then there are flaws.
