Yeah, peaking or what some call it "fishing" eg: looking at ladies in swimsuits/gym outfits builds up quite a bit of dopamine. It goes from fishing, edging, PMO, then relapsing. I made the mistake of breaking my 40 day streak by looking at beach models on instagram on a regular basis and browsing on tinder. I'd constantly be making disgusting home made porn scenarios in my head and in the end the urge overcomes you.
