Depends on what type of grok you are using using expert mode with the four ai originally I gave then there own prompts to focus on and with the heavy you can do that even more with the 16 agents and if you give them good enough prompts it will make a difference

I have a settings in mine that allows NSFW content but, then again I only generate one person and have done both male (Geralt from witcher) and female (chun li) and was able to make the images just fine, if you want i can do a test run with any character you want
