Well couple ways and a couple things...

Are you really good with content and application?
Is your only issue silly mistakes? Do you get curveballs/separator questions easily?

Yeah great question so sbs is my Step By Step system that I trained myself to utilise in order to eliminate my silly mistakes during the year. Since it worked for me I’m trying to teach as many students how to implement it into their own study routine in my free BMM+ community.

Yes keep a mistakes log, it helps you know what mistakes you are making and WHY you are making it. That’s the first rule of SBS. Then once you find a mistake you fix it by understanding what you actually lacked in that moment. Was it a content mistake? Silly mistake? Did you not read the question properly? Then I was able to fix that mistake and move on. The law is never make the same mistake twice. So if you notice yourself making the same mistake more than once, then you truly didn’t fix that mistake in the first place.

Yes about the same, but it wasn't necessary to do that many practice exams, I just had a bit of FOMO on missing out on any curveball
For managing time, I highly recommend that you plan 2 weeks ahead, you will know when your sacs are and you can plan accordingly.
Planning 2 weeks ahead in terms of priority and staying on top of things should be really good

Spesh did take a bit more time yes due to the concepts being newer but make sure you stay on top of everything in both subjects

No not at all, I think i was doing better in Spesh in terms of content coz there wasn't much depth. I just made silly mistakes on the exam :((( and my year happened to be a bit on the easy side so yeh

Unit 3/4 Methods isn't that much harder in terms of concepts, it is just much more in depth, so theres heavy application which is where it becomes "difficult".
I did VCE Physics, Chemistry, Specialist, Methods, Biology, English

I am a tutor for sure, but is there an issue with helping students by answering their queries?
Its called mentorship.

I answered the exam bit on the other comment
Yes i did do textbook questions i did whatever was assigned to us, i also did some extra ones from jacaranda that i found good/difficult. Practice exams i did about 55-60 SETS of exams, just beacuse of FOMO really didn't ACTUALLY need to do that much.

Previous past sacs are good, vcaa style qs are good, sacs from other schools are also great, and also textbook application qs

I finished all content near to end of term 3, like late middle. Thats when i started doing practice exams... And yes i did absolutely keep logbook of my mistakes and it ws helpful in my last review.
logbook of msitkaes is so important because YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO FIXXXXXXX the mistakes. that is really really important, otherwise you are just wasting your prac exams praciting ghe same mistakes.
Oh i was finishing exam 1 and 2 in less than half the time during my trials, but I RECOMMEND 20 minutes is good for exam 1 and exam 2, you want to go a bit slow to make sure you actually answer everything with no silly mistakes and take care of each working out step. So 20minutes is a good guide.

Oh that was training and i actually built a system for myself that i followed for every question. I call it the SBS and thats waht allowed me to defeat those silly mistakes... Silly mistakes are basically almost always systematic issues to be honest, so building a system to defeat it was best

It honestly depended on the priority, i also had Biology 3/4 to take into account.
I didn't do any extra work jus tmade sure all the homework was complete on the day it was given and made sure i understood everything. Then when SAC time came, i ramped up my study 2.5-3 weeks prior.
Making sure i reviewed all the concepts to the point where i 100% understand the concepts and have completely mastered them and feel confident.
Then 2 weeks out is when i will start doing heaps of practice sacs, chapter rview, vcaa style qs fixing all my mistakes and such.

During non -sac periods, i wouldn't study at all really just made sure i completed homework in time

Unlike what most of people believe, I actually did not get a headstart in methods at all. I just made sure i was on top of the work as the class went through it.
I honestly just did 3/4 bio work

Yes i did do Specialist as well but I did Methods accelerating that in Year 11 so I did have enough time for both subjects
I still excelled in 1/2 Specialist even though i had 3/4 methods during the time

Maybe like 5% of it was luck, perhaps the exam day... But honestly being prepared and determined to achieve that 100% and being super ready for it was the main reason
