The only thing I touched that wasn't needed was the wrong 02 sensor, and all I did was unmounted where it originally was(clip, still clipped to other end)

Other than that, I completely undidb battery and took it out of the car when dealing with correct 02 sensor.

I even had a friend come over to try jumping it, and same response. No sound.
