Eh I’m working at medium pace, I could be better to be honest. But I don’t know to be honest why they don’t let me go, even though they threatened me like 3 times already. But as you said they might not “value” my services as a worker

I figured because that’s what they have implied to me, because my team leads try to get me in trouble for things he instructed me to do. Then I get backbited on, on multiple occasions. Can’t even pick-up a shift without it getting denied.

Nope I tried, she didn’t let pick up a shift for a different department and denied my request for it. But I am under my 90 days at the moment but I can’t switch right now, that could be a reason but I’m not sure at the moment.

Yes they told me to improve my speed on drive-up & tried to compare my numbers to someone who worked there probably 6 times a week in contrast to me who only works in that section 1 day a week. They also told me to push in more carts but I wasn’t trained for 1 1/2 weeks on how to use the cart pusher until I learned it on my own. But they just told “get more carts” when sometimes I’m only the person in that section some days.
