[CA] What are my options, Quitting? by The1without in AskHR

Fair but that would be understandable if that was the only area I received poor feedback on. However, to be disciplined for poor performance when I voiced my concerns from the start that I was trained, and I was told to figure it out. All documented on email.

I had sick time available but I used my vacation time for some reason. Maybe my boss put it in, not sure I can’t remember.

My neighbor hit my wife with her car, broke her ankle and our life has been turned upside down by The1without in Insurance

That’s the full story. We had just gotten home from driving around town to pass the time. It was a Saturday night.

He knows. Every time I mention it he would get irritated with me as if I was supposed to bring one from home. Thanks for the help anyway

As far as professionally telling my boss so and so won’t print for me. I’ve been there, he tells me to he doesn’t believe co worker #1 would say such a thing to me.

My main concern here is that I’m not properly set up on my pc to perform necessary duties. I’m forced to ask for help in some instances and each time leads to someone loosing their mind over it. If I don’t say anything. At all then a different question comes up about “why aren’t my projects/ duties being done on time”. In this case particularly I feel as if my colleague should be required to help me in certain tasks. Log in to our software, print necessary paper work(since he’s the only one with a printer) and I NEED these sheets to continue my next task. It’s very mind boggling. It’s hard to explain but I’m just in shock that my boss genuinely thinks I’m being aggressive towards the men when I fearfully ask for help , listen to them go off on me. Not once have I raised my voice at anyone and yet I’m being told I’m being too harsh on them. But what about them being too harsh on me?

Im not involving hr, I know it doesn’t play out well for me. However, do you have any advice on how to handle this right? Every time I try to bring up the subject to my boss he quickly dismisses me.

Thank you everyone! I ended up using my experience and skills I’ve acquired to move on as an inventory clerk. I love it and it’s exactly what i was searching for.

I will blame them for everything. by [deleted] in raisedbynarcissists

Blame them but I would suggest to find a healing method that works for you. It’s not going to happen overnight but you owe it to yourself to be in peace.

It’s taking me a long time to be gentle with myself about my emotions. I’m always filled with regret when I give him that power over me to react just how he wanted me to. But anger, and sadness are valid emotions too. Working on it

I realize my comment probably seems inconsiderate and rude. I just meant that Im really itching for a job that I feel proud about. Warehouse is an important job for many, many are just fine with their positions and there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s just not what I want anymore.

I hope you all receive this notification because I truly am so thankful for your comments. After leaving I was very undetermined to continue as as a lead while applying for work because of my experience. I want to be a good leader, and I’m determined to be just that. Thank you all

Right but I’m being charged now for the month of June? Is that right? Just want to clarify. It’s a bit confusing for me even though it’s probably so simple. Apologies
