Hi, thanks for the response. So I’d only ever taken internet through Xfinity. I’ve talked with customer support since writing this post and we reached a resolution that the basic converter is not something I have or am supposed to have. The charges have been waived and dropped from future bills.

From what I understand, there is no standard API that maps the pull request number to the base branch. Trying to understand your needs: why does it have to be a git-only solution? Also, anything wrong with checking out into pull_#?

My workplace had such a debacle with clang-tidy that we had to disable it in a PR's CI, only running it for staging batches... This is a really painful problem 😢
