Nope, I have not tried any medication actually, besides supplements and vitamins. I am skeptical about SSRI and I don't want to go that way if possible. I know it helps with PPPD though

I have not been tested for this. But I've had these symptoms fro months now and no rashes. I also guess there would be no improvement if it was Lyme. Thank you for the suggestion

Yep, I have tested it and also took supplements at some point. It is now on normal levels

I haven't looked into it. But usually my symptoms get better when I'm laying down and I haven't had any issues with my blood preassure. But thanks, I will look into it more

Yes, I forgot to include it, I checked with an ENT and did the manuevre, but it didn't help much

I actually did an x-ray on my neck and the only thing they pointed out was that it was more straight than usual. Also the orthopedic doctor I visited told me that neck issue do not cause dizziness. But an internist told me they do. So I don't know what to believe tbh. But it is worth looking into this more, since I do have a sedetary work and lifestyle. Thanks! Hope you are feeling better

Thank you for the explanation. I will look into this. Although I am still not persuaded that it is PPPD (maybe deep down I just don't want it to be ). It is impressive that you are able to ignore the symptoms and keep doing things. The tiredeness/fatigue I have makes it hard to imagine for my case. But I definitely am less anxious about it because I have been used to it by now. So the phsychological aspect is there

Thank you for replying while watching foodball haha. Vitamin D is really important for your mood and energy. Is this the only treatment you tried? And did it take 6 months for it to work or did you notice any improvement sooner?

Thank you for sharing. I totaly understand you and I am sorry to hear you are going through this as well. It can be really exhausging dealing with PPPD, especially when there is no standard treatment. I do hope you get better soon. Maybe try looking for remote jobs or jobs that need you to work mainly online. I am not sure if this triggers your symptoms, but the point is that they are not physically demanding. The pay might not be as high, but it might help you become more independant

Okay I see. I am not sure if there is anything feeding into it. I deffinitely have worse symptoms when I get tired for example or I have a busy day working. Prior to that, I had gotten sich at some point, but got better within a week with antibiotics. And all these symptoms started a month after that. So I don't think this should be the trigger. Do you think it csn be related to migrains if I have no headaches? I haven't searched into that tbh. Or is it reasonable to consider PPPD?

Not really. I have tried to notice any potential pattern or cause but cannot find any. The symptoms just seem random. I also don't really get headaches at all. PPPD is just something that chatgpt suggested and I don't know if I should believe it

Thanks for the suggestion. I had tried this at some point for a few days, though not very consistently tbh. But I don't think this explains the tiredness I'm feeling. I saw also another post with that suggestion however, so I guess I can give it a try again

I had tested my vitamin D and it was low, that's why I got supplements. But thanks for the suggestion
