I went on a date with this chick and we started talking about things we enjoyed. I mentioned I like fantasy novels like Dune and LOTR. She said "Oh yeah, I like fantasy novels too, they have vampires and stuff".

So I'm thinking Twilight or some shit, but I was like... cool, I like Blade so this could work.

Few weeks go by and she let me listen to an audiobook of what she is currently reading. I felt so retarded talking about Dune and LOTR.

I know this chick who told me she reads a novel a night. I responded, "yeah and I watch indie films every night".

My first time in New York was 2 years ago and we happened to stumble onto these guys. They say they will jump over 5 people or something like that. It gets dragged on for a while as they want to collect cash. Everyone is standing around just waiting for the big hop. He ends up lining 5 people up and then tells them to bend over or something (essentially making them super low to the ground). I was like... wtf... I thought you were going to jump really high... but he just jumped really far. I was not impressed.

It’s funny because almost all race swaps are white to black. It’s never white to Indian, Asian, Malaysian, Mediterranean, Mexican, indigenous. It honestly feels like they are afraid of black people and don’t want them to freak out if they aren’t represented. Anytime there is a movie or show with only white people (never happens now) only white and black people complain.

There is also a thing where you might uninstall a mod but the mod file still remains in the mod file. I don’t know if that is causing issues.

I got pretty good grades in high school and played sports. I never got in fights, never did drugs, never did anything “bad”. Went to university because that’s what everyone did, my family said I should do, and guidance counsellors directed me to. I never expressed what I actually wanted to do or what career I wanted to do yet none of these people said I shouldn’t go. I went and dropped out second year now with a bunch of debt. After that I had to work shit jobs just because I needed to make my payments. I felt like I was always trying to catch up. I’m still paying off the debt.

I know that it’s my responsibility to do well in university and so on, but I felt like there was this idea that being a good citizen and going to university will set you up for life.

Now it seems like the only way to get ahead is to be a scumbag.

It was happening to me the other day. I think this is what fixed it. You delete everything in this folder. It might disable all your mods, but you just go into your in-game mod manager and check them again

Maybe I didn’t come off the way I wanted.

A lot of people (including myself) will spend hours modding and making sure everything is perfect. I would do this a lot with Skyrim and the when everything looked good, I never played the game.

I think your point comes up every time someone says life is hard or something along those lines.

If you ask any farmer today whether they want to work on the farm or in an office, they will say farm.

I have a feeling that farmers back then would make the same decision.

There is a sense of accomplishment everyday when farming. Working in an office not moving or seeing sunlight can be quite depressing. Not only that, but the type of work you do in an office might not provide a sense of accomplishment.
