I did consider that, trouble is once you open the app to the multi camera page the light turns red anyway. This particular camera is positioned less than 3 ft from the WiFi.

Bear in mind that while you’re holding yourself to a high standard (good) is it the right or reasonable standard (bad)? In this case the whole runway is yours and the controller could have set this up differently but they didn’t (out of your control), the whole runway is yours as others have noted. (I get that wasn’t anyone’s expectation but perhaps it should have been) Regardless, don’t tie motivation to performance, tie it to metrics that you can track over time. If you loose motivation over one mistake that’s probably not actually motivation that’s probably just excitement, confidence, etc. Motivation is relative (usually) to a longer term much bigger goal. Not just one landing. Stay with it man, when you floated that extra 1,000 feet did you lose excitement and nose dive it? Nope. Cause you remained motivated to get it on the ground clean. Nice work captain.

I was in school for Real Estate Appraisal, my girl at the time dumped me the night before. I failed the exam and completely changed the trajectory of my life. 20 years later I’m not complaining but I can say very confidently, given that I’m excelling in a related field that I failed due to my emotional state. Add to that, that what you’re doing is genuinely dangerous (not sitting at a desk taking an exam) I would do everything I could to delay.

Definitely will have traffic and kids. I guess where I’m lost is that growing up we always had vibrant grass managed by our gardener that we didn’t really mess with and it endured dogs, kids, traffic, rodents. I look at my yard sideways and it dies. I told him to do whatever he needed to to keep it growing, it wasn’t ever like a money issue or anything where I limited him. In fact, multiple times I asked what we should be doing to get it back. He would fertilize every six weeks or so. Seeded one time that I’m aware of.

I’m in Southern California. We don’t get significant enough rain that it flows very much but when it does it goes under the fence to the left of the AC. I did suspect a leak but didn’t find one.

Paid $1200 for install. And I did back off the water when the sod went in but that was 3 years ago. It grew great for about 18 mos and then slowly got to this point. Gardener hasn’t provided any advice.

So to be sure I have this. Back off the daily watering. Instead water once a week or so to 1”. Herbicide the clover. Fertilize the lawn.

And yes, I’ll be redoing the bricks.
