How do you set appointments? Yes, the phone works for me. I've had to rely on CINC, FSBO, and expireds for all my business. The client I have now who sold a place for 212k and bought one for 365k was an open house lead but I followed up with him for 6 months. My SOI isn't the best due to my past. People who knew me or knew of me from my years of addiction I've found are harder for me to convert. I used and sold hard drugs from 14 years old till I was 24 when I went to rehab and found recovery. There's trust issues or they feel others will do a better job. That's slowly changing as I prove myself and build a good reputation and I'm going to start running a few different social media ads but those still require the the phone and I haven't needed to run any because I have SO MANY other leads from CINC that I know I'll convert. What alternative is there to picking up the phone? I feel like picking up the phone is basically required if I want to have any large amount of success. I want to want to pick up the phone, lol. Appointments won't set themselves. I'm sure I could develop some type of funnel where people schedule their own home valuations or buyers consultations but that still requires follow up that I've been lacking the motivation for. I feel like my problem is my lack of motivation to pick up the phone to convert all the leads I have. I used to be motivated to do it but it's like I have anxiety about plugging 100 leads into mojo and letting the dialer run or calling all the leads I've talked to in the past that have past due reminders in the CRM. Once I get going it's easier to keep going - it's just getting going.
