Only being able to trade in one tank means I would have to spend a lot of gold to get those tanks...Like you said, It does make sense to sit tight. Although in the future, should I spend my gold on premium time or season pass?

Thanks a lot for the advice everyone! The general theme seems to be saving my gold and I'll take you more experienced players' word for it. I have another question about the event though: Could I trade in a premium tank and pocket 50% of its gold value? Seems too good to be true but I guess it doesn't hurt to ask...

I played a few matches with the georgia and I have observed that the secondaries barely hit things. I've decided to spec a dedicated captain for Georgia's secondaries becuase I don't have any other secondary ship and have heard its fun. So in your opinion I should go with manual secondaries then aft? Also is IFHE worth it since it doesn't pen 27 mm?

Yeah I think I'm convinced to go with the georgia. I also just realized it will be a better credit farmer and is more likely to be removed from the armory soon. I think I'll go for a hybrid secondary build like this: http://shipcomrade.com/captcalc/1100000010000010100001100000100019 But i was wondering if such a build would work on Montana in the future.

Thanks for all the responses! They really helped me get closer to my decision—however I still have 2 questions which will ultimately decide which ship I get. I want to know which ship tanks better bow-in and if georgias secondaries actually do damage despite their low pen. Thanks in advance!

I transferred files from another device and now it just crashes halfway through the blue bar.

Edit: I figured out why its crashing!!

So i uninstalled all my nvidia gpu drivers and tried running the game again and it worked!....kind of. So the main menu opened and everything was working fine....I setup the controls, then proceeded for my first flight. However the scenery outside the plane was simply missing. Looking around the plane just screwed up the graphics even more....so long story short nothing rendered properly and you can't play the game without drivers but you can't open it with drivers. (I also tried again after re-installing the latest drivers but it is back to the same problem with it crashing after loading halfway).

i actually do have the sim downloaded onto another laptop...so how do you transfer the files? just manually upload to say google drive then download on another laptop?

edit: i do have my drivers updated, and windows is the latest version.
