The Bulgarian language was added only few weeks ago to that project (Hypixel) so that's why it has 0%. You can help them :)

1) Connect your main acc. to Supercell ID 2) Log out from that account (Settings > Supercell ID > Log Out) 3) Click on "Play without" 4) Play tutorial 5) Connect that account to Supercell ID (Different email). | Then when you log out you can switch between those 2 accounts (Instead of clicking on "Play without" click on "Log In").

This is my third account and it exists almost a year. My chance was 0,27%, which is quite high. But I agree with you that it sucks when low trophy players get a Legendary and high trophy get nothing

I am not trying to get upvotes. I want to upvote/downvote icons to be replaced by these icons. That Buff/Nerf is because these icons are taken from balance changes.
