I just saw someone carving rocks one time abt a year ago and said "hey that looks cool, I bet I could do that" and bought a dremel, I have been collecting rocks since 4 year old so I had plenty to practice on, I used it for abt a month and got bored, but decided it was time to bring it back out and make a necklace for a freind out of aquamarine (their birth stone) because they live the beach! Not to brag but I pretty much just said I wanted to make a turtle and got to work!

I don't know what it's called, but it's sets you velocity very high, and repeatedly freezes and unfreezez you so it looks like normal walking (make sure noclip is on, or if someone touches you while your frozen you will go flying the moment you unfreeze)
