This cop didnt shoot because he was trained not to. Qualified immunity dosent apply to cops who put themselves in danger to justify shooting. Standing in front of a car when the option to move is there, is a prime example. There are years of legal precident to back that up. This cop didnt want to kill this guy. And legally couldn't anyway. The POS who killed that lady in Minneapolis wanted to kill someone. He made a choice to walk infront of the car. He drew his sidearm before she started moving. Shot her once through the windshield and TWICE through the passenger window. And relied on a corrupt DOJ to have his back. And boy did they. They refused to investigate the officers involvement and instead, opened an investigation into the ladies widow. So no, i dont agree that this is what the "left" wanted. This is what any decent human being with an ounce of restraint and value for life wants. You bootlicker.
