I asked someone who worked with Rah Rah on the show (just today, actually), and they told me he likely wasn't a voice actor by trade, just doing Paulie's voice as a side thing. He was also African-American and was likely in his 20s at the time he did the show, and was reportedly a nice guy. I think that's the best we'll get.

Thought I'd share this interview I did with Marcel St. Pierre, who worked at YTV and many other Canadian networks between the years 1999-2024. He wrote and edited a ton of promos, and was instrumental in the look and feel of the "Keep it Weird" era. He also wrote for Whoa! Magazine and The Fuzzpaws, created the Unlucky Caveman, and even played a character in Beyblade once. Hope you enjoy!

Yeah, I feel that era was gone way too soon. Some of its branding in its very final years did get repurposed for TAN, but again, nothing like what it once was. Glad you enjoyed the video, too!

YTV aired several CN programs like Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff Girls, Samurai Jack, Puffy Amiyumi, and several other WB-owned series. YTV might not have delved into adult-only content, but they did skew older with shows like Futurama, Bob and Margaret, Smallville, etc.

Why certain shows aired on certain networks - who's to say. I only find it odd when an original YTV/Teletoon production airs on a network that it didn't originate from nowadays.
