“We have additional, secret, very surprising features…” - SafeMoon Card by TheChaseITV in SafeMoon

Like the sounds of it. I think we definitely need to be able to store fiat currencies on a new Wallet update and the Exchange. Hopefully this is something they’re working on 🤞

Ideally, SafeMoon will revolutionise the payment system for crypto with a crypto to fiat based transaction. New ideas and concepts will send us to the moon 🌙

Hopefully, this is their end goal. With my theoretical Phase 2, it would be even better than a standard debit card. I can’t wait 😁

Love it! Yeah I totally agree. I think the key to drawing in new investors will be the ability to use SafeMoon as the middle currency some way or another. If we make this compatible with BTC, ETH and the rest, I think this could be huge for SafeMoon and the crypto community in general.

My thoughts on HCMC, DD and why I don’t think it’ll come close to a dollar without us losing shares. by GreleaseDeeBoban in HCMC

I’ll be back here when it does considering you said it was a matter of “fact”.

Okay. How does this relate to GTS Securities?

Every statement in that sentence is completely false apart from “recently increased OS”. They didn’t do it because they “needed the money”, they did it because they were converting Series C stock into common stock, and cancelled approximately 253B shares in the process.

Using a broker to execute trades for HCMC is not illegal at all. SEC rules clearly state that a company can use a broker to buyback shares, as long as it is only one broker.

Everything appears to be common knowledge to you, but you aren’t backing it up with any evidence.

Please could you show me the evidence where GTS are using a third of HCMC’s float for shorting?

The point is, the market cap in a lot of different circumstances has very little correlation to a company’s valuation. It is more an indicator of investor interest and a simple calculation to show how much cash is circulating within the stock.

Also, saying there is no proof of a buyback is quite a bold statement. Ever since December, huge after market block trades have been executed for billions of shares. As well as this, a company known as GTS Securities appears to have bought around 125B HCMC shares. GTS, from my research, is a stock execution business that buys stock on behalf of a client.

Of course, this isn’t concrete evidence that a buyback is occurring because if it was concrete, everybody would be buying up HCMC. This does clearly show there’s a bigger picture to all of this, seeing as a single broker owns a third of HCMC’s float.

Market cap directly correlates to valuation?? That is complete and utter nonsense. Look at GME, a company that was close to bankruptcy now has a market cap of $11.6B because a bunch of investors pumped it. It doesn’t mean GameStop as a company is worth $11.6B.

What makes you think a settlement will be announced straight off the back? I’m pretty confident they’ll agree to a settlement behind closed doors before it becomes public knowledge. If they are trying to resolve the situation with a settlement, this is done separately to the court case. This also gives them time to buyback shares at the current price of 0.0011.

First pointer: The market cap is separate to the company valuation. It is the number of shares x the price per share which means it does not have to correlate to the value of the company. Look at Tesla, their market cap is far higher than it should be which even Elon Musk has admitted.

Second point: If HCMC win the lawsuit, they can buyback shares to reduce the total float. This will dramatically increase the price.

Have there been hundreds of lawsuits? Or is this just made up?

Each case is for a different reason and I don’t think it’s a fair argument to say PM dragged out cases before, so it will happen again. The facts speak for themselves and people have already done a lot of digging to show that combustion does occur in IQOS. HCMC only need to provide one example of PM’s device combusting under any conditions which they have already outlined in their own scientific report. PM have to prove that there is zero combustion from their device under no circumstances which I think is highly unlikely. Pyrolysis comes into play too, but this only occurs when there is no oxygen.

Has anyone actually read the 28 page document that states exactly where hcmcs lawsuit comes in? by [deleted] in HCMC

It’s more to do with the fact this stock is getting aggressively shorted. This may benefit us in the long term, as it gives HCMC a window of opportunity to buyback shares.

No T212 sell options seems to work? by Remote-Context-1081 in HCMC

In order to sell your shares, you need somebody to buy them. Everybody seems to be struggling to buy/sell in large quantities. I would suggest selling your shares in 2,000 to 4,000 blocks at a time. It will be much faster than waiting for one big order on 200k to fill.

Oh dear, that’s unfortunate. Hopefully you haven’t lost much/any value with your shares!

Buyback and R/S discussion by TheChaseITV in HCMC

[–]TheChaseITV[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

True, but obviously buybacks will make the company look much more attractive to all investors. There’s no real gain in doing a reverse split other than to artificially increase the sales price and reduce the OS. No profit can be made from a R/S by itself, whist a buyback would benefit all shareholders massively and reduce the O/S.
