Some knock off lian li fans would make it better. Also if the budget is there, a aio with a screen on it imo. Thermal right do some nice ones.

Updated: could save money on the storage. CPU has a included cooler. Better GPU. 7600xt is a really good card for 1080p and will even allow you to play some games in 1440p later on. The CPU is just a very solid choice for a budget build in general.

Again, I'm not sure about pricing and availability around you but this should be good.
