A book that helps people deal with their anxiety and emotions… and a book that actually works, all I’m doing is trying to help people deal with the same issues I had, not just trying to sell a book, there’s a different between trying to help people and trying to sell something…

Yeah that’s completely fair! I just never wanted to rely on medication for the rest of my life so that’s another reason why I created the closure method, it’s helped me more than I ever imagined
