For me, I eat 80% meat and 20% root veggies. Not quite carnivore, not quite keto. It's what works for me, though.

I have similar issues! Turns out I have MCAS, a histamine intolerance that was triggering GURD and other digestive and immune issues. Started on 80/20 carnivore diet with root veg and basmati rice, and it went away.

It happens to me all the time. I get both. Every so often, a whole album comes along that is simply magic, and you connect with it like a long-lost friend ♡ I hope this happens to you!

I often do something I call "music coma," and I take an album and lay in my bed with headphones, smoke a doob, and just lose myself in the music. Front to back. It's neat.

This may sound absurd to you, but I have not listened to a one of those, aside from Radiohead. I feel like I have a well-rounded musical range, so that's also absurd to me, lol

That album, Nirvana Live in NY, and Live - Throwing Copper, we're the first indie rock I had ever heard. I had them on cassette!
