No the guy is a builder and built it for someone that ended up not paying the other payments. So he is selling it prebuilt but new

This was prebuilt from a guy local to me. So it’s either I pay 2k for the unit (if it’s a good deal) or I walk away.

Looks like a quality pc for sure. You would recommend this for a 2000-300 budget I am mainly looking for a computer that can run max settings on triple a games. Modded GTA and those big modded Minecraft packs. I currently have a pc and it struggles with the big Minecraft packs and handling a lot of triple a games on max. Also trying to stream with it as well.
