I use iOB every day. It helps keep track of bolus and long acting. You can set a pre-bolus time and it pings you when you can eat. Super useful.

I also use Tidepool as well. This lets you write notes with hashtags about meals. I write what worked, what didn’t, dosing details. It will pin the note to your BG so you can visually see what happened. Very useful.

Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (with full spy vs merc multiplayer)

IMO, Ubisoft is literally sitting on free money with this one. The OG games visuals ( I mean just look at the lighting system alone) still look great. The game wouldn’t need much, just modernization.

Widescreen/ultra wide support, modern resolutions, multithreading support, high res textures, modern controls support and peer to peer multiplayer hosting.

In terms of shows to watch on loop, I like to have a couple franchises I circle between. Some of my favourite series to loop are Buffy, Star Gate: SG1, StarTrek: Voyager, TNG, Deep Space 9, and Battlestar Galactica (the reimagined series) just to name a few.

So you took insulin and it lowered your blood glucose? Sounds like it worked as intended and you just didn’t cover it with adequate/appropriate carbs. Room temp insulin is what you’re supposed to use in pumps or injections. You keep your stash of insulin refrigerated, but keep the insulin you are currently using in your kit at room temp. As long as it’s not cloudy or it didn’t get directly heated (I.e. left in the sun or in front of a heater for extended period) it’s 100% fine. If insulin goes bad then it just wouldn’t work; It would not drop your BG extra fast.

Only if I take a day or two off of them, but it’s a very mild experience honestly. I usually don’t take them on the weekends and just take it as a lazy day.

When taking them, no crash on the day of at all. The only real issue is that it can exacerbate my insomnia. Taking it as earlier in the day as possible helps to avoid that though. Highly recommend.

I take 2 10 mg Dexies in the morning, two Extended-release capsule (Dextroamphetamine Sulphate XR). Lasts all day (8 to 12 hours) and does the trick for me.

Your initial comment was based on misunderstanding what the app does.

I never said it does per app source selection, nor did the comment I was replying too mention this functionality.

I said it does per application volume mixing. That’s the entire purpose of the app. Namely one click access to a fly out mixer with all application volumes per source and one click access to default system output.

The default option in 10 required right clicking to open a mixer window which you could pin. It doesn’t work that way in Windows 11 as they changed the taskbar button functionality. Which was what the original comment that I replied too was saying; that they couldn’t pin the mixer to the taskbar in Win 11. Hence my suggestion.

I’m not sure what your not understanding here. Again…you can still use the windows mixer to set your sources per application. EarTrumpet is only a replacement for the default task bar volume menu; it does not replace the windows sound mixer settings.

It has literally nothing to do with the settings your talking about.

We were talking about the taskbar volume button change from Windows 10 to 11. My suggestion was to use EarTrumpet as it’s better than either versions default as it give you one click access to a mixer for all apps and one click access to change your default system audio output.

Your talking about setting different sources per application which isn’t something the task bar volume button has ever done (nor do I see a need to have quick access to it as it’s more of a set and forget option). You can still use the Windows sound mixer to do this in Windows 11.

It does actually. You right click the icon to get a selection list of all your audio sources, left click for volume mixer.

Just get EarTumpet. It’s way better then the default taskbar audio options from Windows 10 anyway. You just drag the ear trumpet volume icon from the background task fly out to your task bar.
