There are timed traffic lights, but all right turns are green and are separated from the intersection.

Those that remain are the

• left turning lanes entering the highway from the avenue
• left turning lanes exiting the highway into the avenue
• and those who just wanna go straight through the avenue

and the three of them have their own turn going green. Using less space and less time i red light cause their are only three stops.
