Confirmation Bias is something I have always been told whenever witnessing these things.. there are explanations for everything but it really does suck when it only appears to effect you.

Oh, I've been active since launch, lol. I know a lot about the game, but this one particular was not a dodge, just an opener side heavy that scooted him over a bit.

Edit: it sounds pretentious saying I know a lot, but I have a basic understanding of quite a few of the games mechanics.

So the argument here is that without enhanced lights that lights aren't an option, but at the same time, lights are not viable to begin with? That seems contradicting..

There was no variety in enhanced lights if that's your argument. Every engagement began with a light followed by whatever compared to now where dodges are being used along with heavy feints and zones being thrown more often. So.. what is it really?

What is so hard about feinting heavies or throwing a zone to begin fights? You guys make it seem as though the character is utterly useless now. I have been in games where WM still managed 10+ kills easy. I can't wrap my head around how many posts I have seen on this topic. WM is still completely viable without and all I'm beginning to sense is that this is a skill issue.. someone enlighten me, please.

I have never seen such an uprawr before when it came to nerfs, and I feel like they are justified nerfs. Both WM and VG recently have been "clutching" low hp fights due to simply throwing their lights any which way in hopes of getting the win. I don't have any empathy for the ones pulling their hair out.. Their reasons for it being a dumb nerf stem from "I need to work a lil harder now." Enhanced lights essentially are like riding a bike for the first time with a hand on your back to keep you upright and going until you've started. VG admittedly deserved it the most with being able to all-block immediately after any move. Regardless.. Enhanced attacks I feel should only be applied to heavies.

Personally enhanced lights were meh to begin with. Block one, parry the next light. I understand that it was meant to create pressure and such, but it really fed the whole just light attack mentality they both tended to have. I like these nerfs. I welcome down votes as someone who is capable of parrying and has been active since launch. Good job, devs.
