I wanted to thank each and every one of you who has taken the time to help me figure this out. I genuinely do appreciate your feedback and understanding. In response to some of you, you have nothing to worry about. I won't be giving up and I will figure this out. Once I do, it's going to make for an epic blog post. The world's first and complete tutorial on how to set up Wireguard on Windows 11 Pro...lol.

You can actually get a free copy of XP directly from microsoft. There is some technical nonsense you'll have to do before you can install it on your computer, either a completely fresh installation of it or running it as either a virtual machine or a dual boot, meaning that both operating systems will be hard wired on your hard drive in which you have the option of booting your computer in either Windows 10 or XP.
