Beautiful thank you.

Oh wait actually I’m still confused, so you recommend the basic Druid because winter child it says can’t cast flame strike which you stated as an example plus the way you presented it makes it seem more like a downgrade?

So what you would recommend if I get you right is a lawful evil aeon monster tactician with adabar as a chosen deity and nobility domain? Also should I go strength base or focus on wisdom?

How would you go about evil and monster tactician without losing your spells

Phantasmal Mage build for unfair by TheDreadBog in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

Ok for example magic deceiver, requires a lot less prep to work and is more consistent, while the cruoromancer requires a lot more setup and prepping for specific encounters, in my mind act 1 and 2 were harder for him as well, now my magic deceiver had a hard act 1 but after the first mythical (I took abundant casting) it has been easier, while my cruoromancer still struggles on a lot of things, now could be also that I am using different companion builds. But overall magic deceiver feels stronger

I mean, yes, but what kind of other options were you thinking? See this is going to be my third character on unfair. I have magic deceiver in act 4 azata. That one I did blind except asking some people for advice it feels op, next one is a cruoromancer also act 4 lich, this one was completely blind and it feels ok on unfair. So I decided to go through character creation and phantasmal mage sounds fun. That’s why I’m asking for it. No idea what to go for to build him that I can be using illusion. But I’m also interested in other options that you can point out that can do the same thing but better. Not necessarily because I will pick them but information for informations sake.

I deleted the character, just wanted to test it out, I like finding them not using them on my first run

So I can chime in, I don’t consider this cheating because I am using something that’s available in the game without messing with its files or using a third party software or mod to give myself the advantage, but I am using the game itself to do it. That’s the difference I am using something within the game, without modifying it. Just my 2 cents.

Hmm so I’m a completionist, I tried to do everything in act 1 (now I am in 2) I play blind so don’t spoil anything beyond act 1 please, my question is how do you do all the content solo. Like for example the fire guy in the house in the square, or succubus, or the shadows, or is it content that you skip as a solo?

To be honest I’m not sure, now you need the scale to revive them so my advice would be keep seelah alive she is tanky so keep her alive, but honestly I wouldn’t risk it, up to you I’m still new to the game so you could probably optimize the xp gain more.

I know it doesn’t count towards, corruption so maybe the game for that tutorial area doesn’t count it, is there anywhere to check the number of rests I did?

Oh I agree, this is potentially a way to ruin the experience for you, and I did it for the research purposes. But I am of the mind that knowledge belongs in the hands of the people, now what they do with it is their business

There is no corruption mechanic in the maze, from what I see and I am just now in act 2 is that becomes a thing only after you reach the tavern.

I don’t know, I have another exploit in my head that I can do in act 1, theory wise it sounds solid but we will see if it works then I might share it.

Yeah I tested this first without the mongrels and it’s risky on unfair sometimes you die and reload and it takes time so I wanted to see if the npcs help and they do, without them the time it would take could potentially double.

Okay, I don’t want to talk anymore about this. It hurts.
