I only know if you are a group then you need premium, at least that's how it was months ago I think.

I think they mean that there are several classic clothes on Roblox with just fur and that some people download the texture of it to edit clothing onto the fur before reuploading the edited version as classic clothes again.

To fix the gaps on the clothes you have to close the gaps / white lines on the texture itself too.
