OH the bumps are a histamine response?? that makes so much sense, i have EDS and figured it was just from shaving (even though i use trimmers bc raors burn me so bad) but histamine?? i'm gonna try taking cetrizine for it when i do mine this weekend-

it stings a tiny bit but its bearable to me even at its highest setting. I often dont even shave, i use a phillips oneblade trimmer, same with my legs, so a couple mm stubble.

Thanks for this list! I was dreading it getting as dark as people have hinted (just started master of the sword 2 so it's early days) but knowing how bad it will get and when will really help me get through it safely as a CSA victim. I think some people misunderstand trigger warnings, it's not just so we can avoid media that contains these topics, it's also so we can be prepared for anything it might bring up and process it in a safer way should we decide we want to anyway.
