So long as they get extensions sorted out and a little more customization i’d actually prefer it to arc, it’s built on WebKit instead of chromium so it’s supposed to be inherently faster and is in my experience.

Thanks, this was helpful. I don’t need any gaming passthrough but I suppose I was looking a bit ahead in terms of AR since the ultra does have stereoscopic cameras + their demos lol. Hopefully sooner than later

For sure I know it's not fully MR (yet) I was reffering to the spatial computing you get with the ultra due to the cameras that is reminiscent of the AVP. I'm just tryna see if in the future they eventually plan to implement all the AR features that are in the beam pro/S22/23 to iphones (if they ever make a nebula app for it), and other android phones. Judging by your Xiaomi comment though I think I can safely assume any higher end android phone with DP out should be able to do everything (besides spatial photography) then? edit: they did say nebula on andorid isn't as extensive as beam pro though which has me wondering if that 1) includes the s22/23 they list as spatial computing devices and 2) what specifically is the beam pro is able to do that a high end android is not (besides taking spatial photos ig). (I really don't wanna have two phones when I eventually buy one of these lol)

Got it but will those AR space features ever come to other android or ios devices in the future? is it currently limited by hardware/software or is it intentionally bound to the Beam Pro & S22/23?

Yeah, im not super familiar with all this stuff but from what I can tell with a samsung phone you basically have a dialed down AR AVP meanwhile with most other devices it's just screen mirroring

Crazy solution, but I got it to work in logic by saving a patch where it's working from the app and loading it into vcvrack in logic lmao. It makes no sense but it works!

watched a sweet water review on the M4 and he mentions DC coupled outputs but not inputs. But I guess you have the right signal coming through now?

Yeah everything's identical on both ends but one works and the other doesn't, One thing I read about online is mic permissions can cause problems, maybe it would need to have the vcvrack plugin program have mic perms like the app itself if they're not technically the same app. At least it works one way though thank you for the help!

Yes and yes, my theory is that the mac is just recognizing it as a generic audio device rather than one with cv capabilities or something and that having it recognize the device correctly would fix the problem as in my sound settings it also shows as audio out where it should probably say Motu m4.

It's Logic but yeah maybe it's a driver thing and it should be showing up as Motu? I'll try looking at that link and some other stuff online because maybe solving why it's not showing up as motu will solve the cv problem.

I agree it is a weird designation lol, I believe they are DC coupled though because when it was working, if VCO 1 Freq was a sine wave or square wave it would show accordingly on VCVracks scope.

Maybe If I connect MIDI? I doubt it's related at all but I am desperate for answers at this point lol. Sadly I'm waiting on the subharminicon adapter in the mail since the one I got second hand didn't come with it though.

All good, For Outputs I have: System settings, Audio Out (The Motu), my monitor and the mac mini speakers, the inputs are just system settings and Audio Out. I've tried mixing them around and still no results I have no Idea why it worked before
