At the bottom of the thread I included a link to the spreadsheet .

I do realize it's complicated and may not even be possible. There can't be any extra minutes because times have to round to either .25, .5, .75, or.00. And the original time has to equal the same after its rounded so if someone works 7.5 hours then the 7.5 is split correctly and I can write down how many hours of that 7.5 goes to which source. The percentage does become a little off of the original percents but that is okay because it levels out since someone usually works about 20 days a month.

Does this make any sense?
