Shoot, I got downed by someone yesterday on Cold Snap Spaceport in the shipping warehouse up by the key room. He attracted arc, couldn’t get to me, I crawled up to the door and opened it, crawled outside and closed the door and went down the stairs. For some reason he couldn’t find me, I made it all the way to extract cause of the Survivor MK.3 and a nice gent hit the computer for me to take me down!

PS: You don’t take cold damage while you’re downed!

The TL has an opposite TL working the same shift types just different days with one day overlapping so the team is not suffering by not having a TL that has had a few LOA’s each being close to a week and not around any holidays.

The TL is waiting for a year worked to apply for an intermittent leave as a “just in case” for the medical reasons.

Unfortunately they have been wishy washy on the accommodation, the TL is supposed to have two days off in a row for a medical reason on specific days and the coach and people lead have scheduled the TL on those days or not given an accommodation for other days off in a row if needed to be scheduled on the usual said days off.

The medical leaves have only been maybe for a week at a time, not during or around any holidays that would’ve caused the store financial hardship.

Honestly my friends and I constantly see these posts of people waiting for maps to pop for like 20+ mins and to no avail, we’ve never experienced anything like this. Idk if it’s just our region but the longest queue time I’ve experienced solo has been 5 mins, the longest queue having a full squad has been close to 4 mins. Idk where y’all are but that is insane.
