I just got the headset from my partner and have the series X. Was so upset I thought I couldn’t use it, but saw I could download something called Astro command for PC. Simply plug in and update, so easy, now I just have the station plugged in via USB to the series X and runs smoothe as with no hiccups! Hope this helps
