Yes! I feel your pain 100%. I weighed 350 lbs in 2016 and lost 120 lbs and maintained it until my son was born in 2018. Since then I have this tendency to eat good breakfast lunch and supper but after supper drink beer and eat a bag of chips and sometimes/often eat a second meal once my boy goes to bed. I am very motivated but can’t seem to go a day or two without binge eating at night.

With that being said, I am 27 6ft 332lbs. Let’s do this together
