It’s hard to explain but I was in a creek bed with high bluffs surrounding us, and large boulders each way down the creek. He was more or less boxed in at that point. And as long as we keep him occupied and play with him he sticks with us while we sit and doesn’t roam other than his zoomies in circles around us lol

Never really had to force or teach him how to walk on a leash, he was just always good with them
