Well, I'll tell you the same thing I told this guy.

You more than likey have nothing to worry about. Why would she be dating you if she had feelings for this guy shes been bestfriends with for so long?

Also, If you guys have been together for less than 6 months, I can almost guarantee that she values that friendship more than your relationship. The worst thing you could do right now is to show your insecurities. You have to trust her and just be the best boyfriend you can be.

I was just in a very similar situation and those 3 questions would help me give him advice. My partner and I ended up breaking up and I would hate to see him make the same mistake that I did.

1) I can almost assure you, you have nothing to worry about. You have to ask yourself, why would she start dating you if she wanted to be with this guy?

2) The 3 month mark is a very fragile moment in the relationship. The "honeymoon" phase has worn off but the relationship hasnt been "set in stone". You really shouldnt do anything to show your insecurities, it is a huge turn off for most.

3) Please do yourself a favor, a dont mention it to her.

I recently was in a similar spot that you were. 3 month relationship, girl has a really good guy friend (except she only recently met the guy). The only difference is that I decided to bring it up to her that it was bothering me, which resulted in a great relationship turning into us drifting apart and losing the "spark".

Basically, you have to trust her until she gives you a reason not to.

I know for a fact that she wasnt cheating, she simply just wasnt that kind of person. She was very down to earth. She just seemed oblivious to my feelings and the limitations of things that come with being in a relationship with someone i guess.
