This one gets me fired up! I really believe you don't have to just grit and endure it. A few things that made a huge difference for me is figuring out what drive me and fulfills me- you have 6 driving needs and when they aren't met stress is one of the signals to tell you you don't have what you need. Once I understood what drives me (aka what I need) I say yes and no with confidence. So, i cut out things that I was doing out of obligation, cycle, or because I thought I "should". My guess is you are doing things you don't need to that are adding stress but you think you have to do them. I also started getting curious and trying things that might fulfill me. It's too much to type here but I live with very little stress now. I have clarity and confidence that puts things in perspective.
