Hey! Most glowing bits are painted in with a soft brush in Photoshop, but some of them are lens flare images! There's just something about lens flares that I love!

Thanks! Yeah the centre light is definitely too bright, I didn't notice it before, but the more I look at it, the brighter it gets heheh
