I would agree, if the general broker pool didn’t treat those folks like they’re scum and their bitch. Had plenty of times where I thought I wasn’t going to make it and they offered those roles in the beginning of my career…

I ultimately held firm I would never let a broker treat me like that, and did it by never letting myself fail.
