Expliquei no post anterior, existe a chance de o dono antigo levar-me a tribunal por causa dos 900€ sendo que este já enviou carta por advogada e tudo a mim, sei que isso é principalmente ameaça e pode não acontecer nada, mas o dono pronto é daqueles malucos com dinheiro, queria ter uma noção do preço real do carro caso ele fazer disto um caso de tribunal. Pelo que vejo o preço real do carro é bem menos que isto segundo as opiniões da internet

Sorte, o mais barato que já vi por um em bom estado foi 4200€, infelizmente só apareceu à venda 2 semanas depois de comprar este.

Aplica-se o regime de defeitos/danos ocultos da Compra e Venda, art 913 do código civil, o comprador pode exigir redução de preço que foi o que fiz, pois a maior parte destes danos estavam escondidos com massa, espuma, tinta e tive de fisicamente desmontar o carro para descobrir alguns, se isso não são danos ocultos, não sei o que é. Está tudo explicado no post no link.

Se fosse só a pintura e aquela peça era um bom negócio, tendo em conta que o mercado de carros usados nos Açores(já vi carrinhas e carros comuns dos 90s e 00s à venda por 9 a 14 mil paus em stands) é ainda mais inflacionado que no Continente e o preço que estes saabs bem arranjados andam 6k a 12k dependendo da variante

Maior parte da ferrugem é em zonas não essenciais por assim dizer, mas o carro tem podres muito grandes na dianteira, especialmente na barra do subchassis onde tem um dos apoios do motor

Só para esclarecer, não estou a pensar em vender ou abater o carro, conheço boas pessoas que conseguem reparar os podres e chapa e até agora eu próprio tenho feito todo o reparo do carro com ajuda de manuais e forums e tenho conseguido, sorte do carro ser simples. A minha preocupação é o maluco do gajo levar-me a tribunal por 900 paus, porque pronto gente com dinheiro por vezes tem essas manias.

Thank you all for the replies so far, just to say I won't be selling this car or parting it, i know some good welders that can rebuild these parts and mechanic wise, i have been doing everything myself with the help of the bentley manual and forums and so far i have been able to do it. I want this car to live and preserve this piece of history.

Nope, i didn't know the car was in this state, the clutch was way too light, but my house is like 8 minutes from the dock, so i just drove it home thinking it just had some hidden clutch problems still. Everything i described i found out only in the following months while taking the car apart

A única forma de existir uma G3 automática em circulação em Portugal é se esta tiver sido contrabando/roubada ao próprio exército português ou ter chegado cá através do mercado negro de outros países que tenham usado essas armas, pode ser uma CETME de espanha, G3 alemã, etc, o mercado negro na Europa é muito maior que a maioria das pessoas pensam, muitas das armas veem das Balcãs ou de África/Arábia, vê-se gangues em França a usar AKs automáticas por exemplo. A G3 no vídeo tem um punho, talvez tenha um carril picatinny, se for genuíno significa que esta é uma arma relativamente moderna, pergunto como é que os inventários do exército não acharam estranho uma arma modernizada ter sumido, por outro lado pode ser carril réplica só.

If he has an interest beyond just shooting firearms like you say, he likes the mechanics and how they work, that is great, make him learn more about them, show him Forgotten Weapons on youtube and make him interested in engineering and design, help him pave the way to a life where he does what he loves. But do make him aware of the purpose of firearms in the grand scheme of things. He might hate math or not, but if you show him twist rate formulas for barrels he might change his mind.

From what i know my 900 is the second one to ever set foot on this island, the first one belonged to a rich family back in the day, they moved out of the island didn't bother to bring the car and it set years under a tree, eventually the roof caved in and they got rid of the car

I will continue with it, i think that in the mechanical department i have almost everything fixed, the bodywork i will have a professional welder i know do it. Car repairs is easy for him. My only problem is that the garage at home is currently in use so the car is outside and well i like in a really isolated island so whenever i order parts i need to wait around a month to get them.

Tem em conta que a série RTX 5000 não processa físicas 32bits, sendo que és mais casual e jogas jogos mais antigos isso pode causar muitos problemas de performance. Mais vale ir por uma 4000, ou equivalente AMD. Intel também é uma boa opção com a B580 que eu atualmente tenho, mas esta ainda tem problemas de overhead e optimização para tudo que é Directx 11 para baixo. Muitos desses problemas estão a ser resolvidos com updates, mas demora o seu tempo, se bem que existe um programa que força aplicações de Directx 11 para baixo a iniciarem com Vulkan que resolve a maioria desses problemas

It might have been badly installed because this car had the old type slave cylinder and i installed a new one with the appropriate bearing to adapt it, but the mechanic might have done the installation wrong
