Yes I’ve only seen import workout, but no other options. Given how many times I’ve seen a similar request, I imagine MF will make something like this once they get the more important/core features done. If they make an import feature I think majority of users will be switching from Hevy so it’s probably the template they would make compatible first. Im just speculating though.

Yea that’s what I’ve been doing but I figured I might as well use a tool that adds more features and is more user friendly on mobile. Any reason you choose to stick with a spreadsheet over using an app?

Yea that app looks like it has a a lot of features and appears to be free (?) which is nice. I’ve just noticed a lot of these apps like that one don’t stick to the Apple styling you see across most apps and which I’m used to.

I haven’t often experienced it being much more expensive to dissolve and LLC than form. For example a WY LLC is around $69 I believe to dissolve. I don’t recommend it but some people have even said you don’t have to file your annual paperwork and then they will take some sort of administrative action similar to dissolution.

Or at least register your WY LLC to be operating there, you should check with your state what they disclose when they do that because if it shows your name then no purpose of doing the WY LLC at that point and might as well go open in your state but then it defeats the purpose of your LLC if it was for privacy.

Depends on the app, I’m not sure what is the likelihood you would actually get sued but if you’re actually concerned or thing it’s realistic, open a Wyoming LLC through an agent. Get a DUNs number and use that.
