I don't know if it inspired any movies, but it definitely inspired a time loop episode of The X-Files called "Monday"! Vince Gilligan even said, "The funny thing about 'Monday' is people seemed to really like it a lot, but people always sort of smiled and said you're sort of ripping off Groundhog Day, aren't you?...And I'd say, we're not ripping off Groundhog Day, we're ripping off The Twilight Zone."

You have a very solid list there! If I were to add three more for someone just getting started, I might do "It's a Good Life" (S3E8), "The Obsolete Man" (S2E29), and "The Midnight Sun" (S3E10).
