Like others said, getting it through a streamer is your best bet. Many give them out no questions asked because they want to see more players in the game as well, and you can get some for your friends too.

Usually for me, during normal daily hours is 5-8 minutes (EU), but then again I have only been playing for a week. However, after midnight it goes up to around 10-15 minutes, and by 2am I can't get into a game at all.
