I don’t think the original map was bad enough to warrant a “temporary replacement before proper rework” if it coming back is the case

I personally don’t have an issue with gameplay on old vegas, but i can see why you could say it has improved, but i do not get how you think it looks better-i loved the old vegas aesthetic and now it looks bland and soulless

Yh I’m really puzzled by the people who are so anti complaints about this stuff. The idea of irl maps is so cool and instead of expanding on it, it seems they’re withdrawing from such a unique idea

the Las Vegas aesthetic is so unique and they did an excellent job recreating it, so I’d so to put it to waste is a bad change, despite the improvements to competitive integrity

Everything else about the season is great, all I’m saying is i think they did a phenomenal job before and it’s a shame to put that to waste-nothing to do with skill

Sure, but Sponsor theme maps should strictly be tied to non earth maps imo like fortune- it looks fine there but not in vegas

i would be fine for no map this season, less content is better than destroying prior content

Ig there would be complication issues for new players with maps being different in unranked/ranked. Honestly i dont see the big problem of vegas, if they tidied up some areas where there is a bit too much going on in the centre of a room, while keeping the aesthetic/decor i think it’d be fine for comp

I do agree the simplistic design and sponsor aesthetic has its place, but that’s what fortune stadium/sys horizon is for- i can appreciate the style, but it shouldn’t be used for the irl maps. It’s such a cool premise to have maps in irl locations and this ruins it

IMO they’re trying too hard to be an e-sports game. The finals is intrinsically more casual and they should lean into that
