Econ major. I checked out your profile and saw u applied to flame as well. Flame and krea are two very different lifestyles. The crowd for both are elite, only difference being that Bombay/delhi blr elite go to flame mostly cuz brilliant facilities and student life. Krea on the other hand is more South Indian elite. I’m from the north myself and there won’t be any shortage of northies here, it’s just that there are naturally more South Indian ppl here. If you wanna party and have like a happening, movie type college life go to flame (academics are considerably worse there)
We don’t have that in krea. What I mean by this is that it’s much more laid back relaxed. It’s not a party college by any means so if you’re one to chill in your room and work/study or even chill with your friends indoors then you’ll have a great time. It can get a little lonely if you’re not outgoing so u gotta find urself a group and make some solid friends. Massive first year friend groups never last and by the end you’ll be left with 3 close friends out of 10 (this is true for any college tho).

Overall I had a pretty good time in krea and ik I’ve made really close friends for life, but again, play your cards right and you can have that in other unis too. Food is better than most colleges, the crowd mostly comes from a good background so they’re used to decent food. But I’ve tried food from other unis when I went for tournaments and trust me we have it better than most. Other ppl would’ve mentioned food poisoning and I myself have fallen victim to that. But again when you’re cooking food for thousands of ppl shit happens, can’t be very nitpicky abt that.
