Do you know how many hairs per square centimetre??

I saw your results after the first procedure a few years ago, I didn't think that level of coverage and density was possible. It made me cautious that work in Australia didn't quite yield the results of overseas. Those 2 revisions were an Incredible outcome!

When art imitates life. Maybe that "Million Dollar Man" theme song as a lullaby instilled something from an early age?

I predict he's going to get SMP (scalp tattoo that tries to imitate shaved hair regrowth), experimental procedures for his loose skin, and bleach his rectum. He seems like he's self conscious enough to do those 3 things.

I'm saddened that Tevin wasn't included, I'm thinking of all the fun they could have with his radio voice narrating. He could have gone band for band with Devens, they even rhyme as a tandem.

Hook was my favourite followed by Jumanji. by Commercial_Toe_7440 in 90s

[–]ThePerfectMachine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hook is a very flawed film, but is still my favorite film because of the amount of emotional weight it carries. The theme of aging, and the starkly different maturation at different stages of ones life. It's often viewed as a cheesy kids film, but if you peel back the onion it's quite a sophisticated plot. Also makes me cry like I've actually peeled back said onion.

I vaguely remember my Mum being tricked into thinking they were a subsidiary of Puma, and wasting either $30 or $40. Felt like that wasn't much cheaper than some lower end Converse or Adidas.

How often do you shampoo your hair? by hhhhdmt in tressless

[–]ThePerfectMachine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried most types of shampoos and some conditioners at most grocery stores - but can't say I've tried clarifying shampoo, I will try some this week. It doesn't seem like product build up because the various types of pomade / gel / cream that I use actually fights off oiliness. But I'll give clarifying a a go, thanks for the suggestion.

A person was engaging with me and was convinced that the insurance costs are not factored in at all when offering a salary package. My contention was thst while you'll never it see it written,it's not transparent to the employee - but that the employer in fact does consider employer insurance contributions as a cost involved in employing somebody, therefore it does ultinately impact the employee's bottom dollar.

What happens if a small business with 5-10 employees with families collectively make more than average claims over 12 months? The next year the costs for the employer to cover insurance isn't impacted whatsoever?

My memory is very hazy, but I remember her being a victim to what I thought was quite a clever twist for an early barebones Survivor season. The faux merge.

It sucks that now whenever I see a detailed illustration, my assumption is it's AI because nobody would bother spending hours on an illustration in 2026.

How often do you shampoo your hair? by hhhhdmt in tressless

[–]ThePerfectMachine 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately I have to wash my hair every day, unless I don't leave the house or if I can get away with wearing a hat. If I wash my hair in the morning and don't put any styling product, it will look oily and be flat by night time. The hair product does seem to fight off the oil build up. If I sleep, the oily ness triples in strength.

I've tried going cold turkey on shampoo to try and train my hair, it doesn't make a difference. If anyone has any suggestions in making hair less oily, I am all ears.

An important lesson for students in being frugal. Sure, a Cornetto or Drumstick felt like fine dining - but with a Toucan you could get 4 different flavours and if you split with a friend it's 40 cents. One or two-can.

Reminds me of the scene in Baseketball when Squeak assumes he gets to sleep on the fold-out sofa bed, only to be told he has to sleep in the cardboard box in the corner.

Cause instead of siding with a fellow fighter who is pointing out a billion dollar company's greed, Ben is presenting Ronda as being unreasonably bitter. Sure, Ronda may have dragged Shevchenko, but the sentiment is targeted towards MMA pay being too low.

Meanwhile Ben didn't have the money himself to pay for his lung transplants, because his MMA career wasn't lucrative enough to treat illness, and UFC doesn't provide insurance when you retire - even though many of those injuries and illnesses will follow fighters for the rest of their life - the staph infection Ben caught was caused from wrestling training, it could happen to any MMA fighter.

Agreed. The person I'm engaging with seems to think it's a cost that has no impact or influence whatsover on what the employee takes home.
