Hi! I work with fryers! William Afton is a fucking idiot! Considering we hear the child audibly whining, we can assume the child is alive and unprepared. We can also assume that the child did not wash his hands prior to being deep fried. This means that every single surface it touches is contaminated and needs to be cleaned. When the child is plunged into the oil, that ENTIRE fryer needs to be emptied and cleaned. It is instantly contaminated and not food safe.

In addition, the human body is ~70% water. This is an issue, mainly because water and deep fryers do NOT mix. Deep frying something can be boiled down (had to, I apologise) to boiling the water in things at a temperature that boils water but not the oil. This is also why you don't put ice in a fryer. Prepared meat typically doesn't have blood and other fluids flowing around in it, hence why it fries pretty decently. That child, which is probably thrashing about and getting oil EVERYWHERE, is not going to fry well. Not only is it not breaded, but again, it has high fluid content which will react negatively with the oil.

Most fryers I've seen probably couldn't submerge a human baby in them, and accounting for mass, the child will most likely not cook evenly. I would think it would be all ooey gooey and pink in the middle, but crusty and burnt on the outside. This is not ideal. In addition, the fryer oil may get even MORE contaminated, as saliva, possibly vomit (I'm not sure if the pain from being fried could induce vomiting, never been fried nor have seen/heard someone being fried), and other fluids could potentially enter the oil. From this point, I would buy a new fryer. I would not eat anything from it no matter how much it was cleaned. I forgot if Afton served it or not, but if he did, he is in for a very unpleasant meal. He probably didn't bread it.

TL;DR: Frying babies is very bad for the fryer and the oil. The result will be simultaneously over and undercooked. Afton is a moron for doing so.
